Passed away peacefully in Cobram, Victoria on 21 November 2024
Aged 90 years
Giovanni is survived by his beloved wife, Maria (Noto) Mustica, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and companionship. He was the proud and caring Papa of Connie, Laura, Liborio and Vittorio. He was a loving father-in-law to Justin, Belinda and Nancy. Giovanni was also a doting Nonno to Bianca and Vito (fiancé), Ana, Antonio, Madeline, Nicholas, Michaele, Alyx, Sienna, Sebastian, Claudia, and Francesca. His love for his grandchildren knew no bounds, and he leaves behind a legacy of fond memories and lasting impressions. His passion, hardworking nature and impact on his children’s, in-laws and grandchildren’s lives will be cherished and remembered always and will be forever missed. Loved and loving son of Liborio and Concetta (both dec) (Italy). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Domenico and Giuseppa (both dec) (AUS), Augustino (dec)(Italy) and Maria, Vincenzo (dec)(Italy) & Carmela, Benito and Tita (dec)(Italy). Loved son-in-law of Francesco Noto & Carmela Raco (in Noto) (both dec) (Italy). Loved brother-in-law of Rocco and Immacolata (Italy), Angelo and Rina (Italy). Loved and remembered by all his nieces, nephews and relatives in Italy and Australia. Giovanni’s hardworking passionate spirit touched the lives of many. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. As we mourn his passing, let us also celebrate the life he lived and the love he shared with those around him.

Funeral Notice: A requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of the late Mr. Giovanni Vito Mustica will be offered at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, William St Cobram on Thursday Novermber 28th, 2024 commencing at 10:30am. After which the cortege will leave for the Cobram General Cemetery (Mausoleum).
A rosary will be recited in the abovename church at 7:00pm the evening prior.
